Quello scuro è il forno: un calore che fa tremare il nome, un menù che prende il colore del piatto che indichi, una serata scorsa dal pranzo all’ultima infornata su un quadrante di 24 ore, la pizza kebab della casa smontata strato per strato, e un ordine che spingi nel forno con la pala. Quello chiaro è la Margherita stessa.
