Mumi Sushi
Sushi restaurant · Vimercate
Three hand-built designs for one sushi restaurant, with the restaurant’s real dish photos. Omakase: the ten courses as a scroll-scrubbed sequence of real plates on a dark counter, then the twelve courses as stations along a lit path. Kaiten: a belt that never stops and rim colours that are the prices. Tavolo: a cloud tunnel into a menu whose hue follows the category.
Original · Photo-led hero, the industry’s own palette, the full set of interactions.
